Same kit on both stores. The terms of the store you buy from apply.

If your village hall, church, club or small theatre can have 200 or more people in at once, Martyn’s Law (the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025) will ask the responsible person to notify the Security Industry Authority and to have evacuation, invacuation, lockdown and communication procedures that volunteers know.

This kit gives a committee the working documents for that, in plain English, so the paperwork is ready to adapt and keep up to date when the guidance is final.

Formats: PDF, Word and spreadsheet files. Edit in Word, Google Docs, Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice. One-off purchase, no subscription.

What it is not

  • It is a starter kit of templates to adapt and check against the official guidance. It does not decide whether you are in scope.
  • It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Home Office or the SIA. It does not guarantee any inspection outcome.
  • It does not cover enhanced tier duties. The duties are not in force yet and the SIA’s own guidance is not final. Updates are free when it is.
